别误会《凉凉》了，那是你们打开的方式不对。

文化人当然有别的方法食用凉凉。

那是去年三月，一个和煦的周末，我在WHU攻读翻译学学位。

当时我正在写诗，题目是《坐满了鸟的课堂上》。

这首后来被老唐 @唐倩 拿去写歌了，叫《拨云见山》，可以在网易云听。

昏昏沉沉哈欠连天时，老师开始布置周末作业，我立马竖起了耳朵。

“同xio们，这个星期的任务是翻译一首歌啊，给它翻译成英文。

”“这个歌你们都听过吧。

”“这个歌呢叫《凉凉》。

”exm???翻译凉凉？？给它整成英文？？不，不可能，我文人的尊严不要了？？这首歌的歌词，我，我不可能打开它。

读上一句都要去洗眼睛好嘛？？老师继续发话：“同xio们，除了翻译，你们还有个任务。

”嗯？？“那就是把它唱出来。

”老师？？你不是英伦绅士吗？？以前咱们的翻译作业不是这样的么？？（弗拉基米尔•纳博科夫《爱达或爱欲》）不是这样的么？？（这…中文是我自己平时写的诗，随便拿几句出来翻着玩。

）老师你为什么要去听《凉凉》啊？？你这样让我很凉凉的啊？？又译又唱的是什么鬼啊？？那我有什么办法呢，那我也只能译了呢。

在分数的魔爪前，我跪下了。

那一夜，我对着百度百科的凉凉歌词，开始翻译它。

第一句“入夜渐微凉，繁花落地成霜”。

？？？这是什么东西？？繁花落地成霜？？好好的花落到地上怎么就成霜了呢？？我作为曾经的黄冈中学理科实验班物理课代表不禁对我的物理水平产生了深深的质疑。

哭泣的我只能这样翻译：Gently colder, the curtain of nightWith blossom covered, wakes up frost.（越来越冷，夜的帘幕被花覆盖，唤醒了霜。

）第二句，你在远方眺望耗尽所有暮光。

为什么眺望会耗尽暮光啊？？你想说目光吗？？反复揣摩作者的意思，我终于猜到了！！他想说的是，我等你等到天都黑了！好吧，那就My lover gazes afar the far,Till the dark yields the star.（我的爱人在远方眺望远方，直到黑夜里诞生了群星。

）这个时候我已经有点脑充血了，没事没事接着来。

第三句直接给了我暴击。

“夭夭桃花凉，前世你怎舍下这一海心茫茫。

”桃花凉就算了吧可能天气比较冷桃花没穿衣服体温比较低，但是！！海心茫茫又是什么东西啊？？看来大家和我一样茫茫茫茫然呢。

我认输我认输。

How can you leave the vastnessOf the melted blue in preexistence?将渺茫留在那融化的蓝中？这样可以了吗朋友？？我已经尽力揣摩了你知道押这种韵有多难么？？可是，你以为这就完了？？“不痛不痒不牵强”要我怎么译？？这么难度的么？？？Pretended not to be hurted, itchy or farfetched可以吗？朋友你这样莎士比亚复活都救不了你的呀。

可是地狱模式还在后面！！因为！！进入了歌曲高潮！！传说中的凉凉月色为你思念成河！！传说中的凉凉天意潋滟一身花色！！传说中的浅浅岁月拂满爱人袖！！还有落入凡尘伤情着我！！三月的春风沉醉的夜晚，我，卒。

我永远都忘不了那夜被凉凉支配的恐惧。

但其实，这首词读起来是否真的那么奇怪呢？不一定。

我刚刚做了一个实验：如果直接用机器来翻译，会如何？让我们请出谷歌。

老实讲，我被惊艳到了。

“我的爱人远远凝视着，直到黑夜产生明星。

”言归正传。

为什么会存在凉凉这样的歌词？意象的堆叠，必然带来观感上的不适。

比起“你在远方眺望，耗尽所有暮光”这种歌词，谷歌翻译的“我的爱人远远凝视着，直到黑夜产生明星”，则隐隐约约有聂鲁达的神韵。

其实字和词都是无辜的，只是庸手瞎鸡儿乱凑，不会用罢了。

衷心来说，希望这样的词手少一点。

可是，我还是永远忘不了那一晚。

为了录音，我找了一个播音系的女同学来帮忙，我俩相对而坐，四目含情，唱了一遍又一遍的凉凉。

在那个三月的春夜，我，无语凝噎。
